By accessing or using CopyGenie ("the Service"), operated by CopyGenie ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. We may update these terms from time to time, and your continued use constitutes acceptance of any changes.
To use CopyGenie, you must create an account with a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must be at least 13 years old (or 16 in the EU/EEA) to use the Service. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration.
The Launch Kit is a $49 one-time purchase, with a free preview before payment. There is no recurring charge for this purchase. The unlock applies to your account and its workspaces. You can generate up to 3 complete kits per 24 hours, with up to 2 recovery retries per kit. Purchased outputs remain available to read, copy and export while your account is active. Contact support@getcopygenie.ai within 7 days of purchase for a full refund. A full refund removes the paid unlock; your saved data is retained according to our privacy policy. Separate legacy subscriptions, if any, remain manageable through the billing portal.
You agree not to use CopyGenie to generate content that is illegal, defamatory, harassing, or infringes on intellectual property rights; impersonate any person or entity; distribute malware or spam; attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or disrupt the Service; resell access to the Service without authorization; or violate any applicable laws. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
CopyGenie uses artificial intelligence to generate content based on your inputs. You own the content you create using CopyGenie. However, AI-generated content may not always be accurate, original, or appropriate. You are responsible for reviewing, editing, and verifying all AI-generated content before publishing or distributing it. CopyGenie does not guarantee that AI outputs will be free from errors or bias.
You retain ownership of all content you create, upload, or input into CopyGenie. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service. CopyGenie's software, branding, design, and documentation are our intellectual property and may not be copied or redistributed without permission.
CopyGenie uses third-party services for authentication, AI generation and payment processing. The launch kit provides drafts and exports; it does not publish social posts or send marketing emails for you. Your use of third-party publishing tools is subject to their terms.
You choose whether, when and where to publish your generated drafts. Review their accuracy and suitability before publication. The launch kit purchase does not include a hosted store, course delivery or booking service.
CopyGenie is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, CopyGenie shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of revenue, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or fail to pay for your subscription. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We will retain your data for 30 days after termination to allow for account recovery, after which it will be permanently deleted.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, except where prohibited by law.
